Most of our property/liability packages include loss of income, accounts receivable, valuable papers and much, much more. We can also include the coverages described below in your insurance program if required or appropriate for your needs:

Workers Compensation - Most of our companies offer up front discounts and dividends. We also have access to all New York State Safety Groups.

New York State Disability - We have access to over 15 New York State Disability carriers and can give you the most competitive price available.

Business Auto - We will cover your private passenger vehicles and commercial/service use trucks under one policy. Added discounts are available for clean driving records, good claim history, defensive driver course and vehicle safety equipment.

Ordinance Law - Will pay for the increased cost to repair, replace, reconstruct or remodel the damaged or undamaged parts of the building to comply with current building, zoning or land use laws or ordinances.

Systems Breakdown- Provides breakdown coverage for your heating and AC equipment as well as boilers and most electrical equipment such as the telephone system, computers and copiers. Loss of income due to the breakdown is also included.

Umbrella Liability - Our policy will provide coverage over and above the underlying general liability and auto liability. If included in the underlying policy we can also include liquor liability and errors and ommissions. Limits exceeding $5,000,000 are available.

Erisa Coverage - (Dishonesty coverage for pension plans) This coverage is required in New York State for a limit equal to 10% of the assets in your Plan subject to a maximum limit of $500,000.

Employment Related Practices Liability - Provides coverage for claims such as sexual harrassment,wrongful discharge, discrimination, etc. which are not covered by standard policies. Coverage is now available through New York State admitted carriers at affordable premiums.

Directors & Officers Liability - Available for Not For Profit and For Profit Organizations. Our companies provide coverage for the individual Director & Officer as well as the Insured Association and can also include Employment Related Practices Liability.
