Boys tennis: Arlington duo reaches final

Arlington High School's Will Merrell and Alex Shih advanced to today's league doubles final at Cross Court with a pair of victories. By winning its quarterfinal match, the duo qualified for next weekend's Section 1 Tournament at SUNY Purchase. In singles action, Arlington's Karan Narula lost his semifinal before bouncing back to win the third-place match. Narula also qualified for sectionals.
